• Assist Divisional Vice President, Commercial on the business strategy planning and implementation for OGS Asia as well as Global Sourcing Europe
• Coordination with our Headquarter in Germany as well as our Asian offices to ensure the consistency of information and follow up on project implementation status
• Independently lead and steer projects in alignment with the Headquarter and Asian Department Leads which contribute to the success of the organization
• Analyze pain points and develop proposals for optimizations
• Independently handle and manipulate data for Management Reports
• Prepare presentations for Board and Management Decisions
• Act as interface between the Headquarter in Europe and the Asian Organization
• Continuously support on enhancement of Management and Tracking Reports
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by Management

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting with a commercial/sourcing background, preferably in sizable multinational companies or top-tier consulting firms.
• Experienced in mass-data processing
• Good project management knowledge with strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Re-engineering and business solution design skills
• Detail-minded with strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Excellent Google Workspace and MS Office application
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and email, additional languages are of advantage
