• Provide general administration and clerical support to the Department
• Prepare regular reports and conduct market research to facilitate business planning
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor

• Degree holder or undergraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management or related discipline;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese are fluent and Putonghua is preferred;
• Positive attitude, independent and self-motivated
• Part time Intern: Able to work 2 – 3 working days per week
• Summer Intern: Able to work 5 full working days per week
